As in the former editions of the Series, two modules have been arranged at Bilgi University in Istanbul, and at the Venice International University in San Servolo, Venice. 35 participants from Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, the Russian Federation, Turkey and the Ukraine have been selected among civil servants of central and local governments and representatives of the business sector.
