The Master targeted graduates in Economics, Social Sciences and Humanities and, at the same time, offered enterprises the opportunity to train their human resources in charge of the Knowledge Management.

The aim of the Master was to provide specific knowledge in the Human Resources Management of public and private organizations through a unique format that combines study tour, distance learning and face to face activities. The Master was an innovative master's degree program offered by Elea and Venice International University - TeDIS Center. |
The first edition of the Master started in January 2002 and lasted 6 months. The Master was held in Italian.
