Globalization Program: registration for Fall 2016 courses now open

 

Registration for courses of the Fall 2016 semester opens on July 20.


The full list of courses with descriptions and syllabi is now available for the Fall 2016 semester. Over 100 students from all over the world will take courses on Italy, Cultures of the World and Global Challenges in the 15-week program, starting on September 5, 2016. The specialization track courses will focus on Economics, Management and Digital Technologies applied to Cultural Heritage.


The interdisciplinary courses are structured as seminars and require interaction in research, so as to facilitate the exchange of knowledge among students from different academic and cultural backgrounds.


All students registered in degree programs at one of VIU's fifteen Member Universities are eligible to apply for the Globalization Program. Courses are recognized for credit by the students' home universities. All students must pre-register to the Globalization Program and register to courses via the on-line application form*, after having submitted their application to the study abroad office of their home universities; students from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, Università IUAV di Venezia, Università degli Studi di Padova and Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata” can pre-register directly.
