SICP Training on Sustainable Development for Innovative SMEs

In the framework of the Sino-Italian Advanced Training Program, the courses arranged in cooperation with the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) courses has often pointed out China attention on the role of Companies in a sustainable innovation process.

In particular, this year VIU-MOST course, Sustainable Development for Innovative SMEs, highlights the role that small and medium enterprises can play in making production more sustainable, as well as the beneficial effects that green innovation has in turn on their economic growth.

 

The 20 participants composing the MOST delegation will have the chance to visit many successful enterprises during their stay in Italy from October 16 to 28, which will bring to the attention of the Chinese participants their best practices in terms of Sustainable production, energy efficiency. These include Latteria Montello, Kiwiny, Grafica Veneta, Contarina, Manens-Tifs, Brovedani and Consorzio Ponterosso.

 

The MOST delegation will also take part in the Italy-China Science, Technology & Innovation Week to be held in Naples on October 27. The event is jointly promoted by the Italian and Chinese governments, through the Ministry for University and Research (MIUR) and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) respectively. The event will be an opportunity for Italian and Chinese enterprises to showcase their best practices and to networking for international cooperation.
