Internships in Italy: opportunities for Fall 2015 students

Students enrolled in the Fall 2015 term can compete for internship opportunities in Italy: the call for internships and scholarships at research centers, universities, cultural organizations and companies in Italy is now available.

Deadline for Applications: Friday, 2 October 2015.

The Internships in Italy Program is addressed to students registered in any of the member Universities and fully attending at least three courses at VIU, which may include Italian as a Foreign Language.

VIU proposes a range of agreed host institutions and welcomes new proposals of collaboration.

Candidates will discuss their motivations and CVs during interviews and the successful candidates will be selected by a committee which will take into account the advice of the Professors of this semester. Candidates are expected to demonstrate regular, active participation in the co-curricular program.

The research internships and the mobility programs are for two to four months and must be completed between January and September 2016 (start and end dates are fixed in collaboration with the host organization, depending on the projects pursued). Scholarships are available: read the Call for applications for further details.

An informative meeting with the students on Wednesday, September 23 at 12.30pm will further explain the advantages in building an individualized project, matching both the needs of a specific organization, and personal interests and skills, taking part in the network of connections developed by VIU over the past 20 years.

Deadline for candidatures: October 2, 2015 at 3pm.
