International research internships and mobility: Spring 2015

Students enrolled in the Spring 2015 term can compete for the Research Internships and Mobility program. The Program is addressed to students registered in any of the member Universities in the second year of their master’s degree who intend pursuing research for their master’s thesis in themes related to Globalization Program.
Candidates must register for, and fully attend, at least two courses within the Globalization Program.
Students will be selected at the end of their semester at VIU by a committee that will take into account the students’ academic achievement, thesis project and the recommendations of the Professors teaching VIU courses.

The research internships and the mobility programs are for two to four months and start and end dates are fixed in collaboration with the host organization, depending on the projects pursued.

VIU proposes a range of agreed host institutions and welcomes new proposals of collaboration.

Scholarship are available to partially cover travel and living costs.
