September Training Courses at VIU TEN Center

A rich season of Training activities on Sustainable Development is about to start at the VIU TEN Center.

The Municipality of Tianjin (TSTC) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of P.R. China (MEP) will take part in the September session of the VIU Advanced Training Program. Forty members from the Tianjin Municipality will explore the topics of Eco City Building and Innovation Management from Sept. 1-11, whereas from Sept. 8-19 thirty-two participants from the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection will focus on issues related to Water Pollution Prevention and Control.

At the end of September the VIU TEN Center will also host the 2013 edition of the Course for Sustainability. Thirty experts from the Western Balkans, Turkey and the MENA Region will explore the issues of resilient communities in order to work out tools and strategies for the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals at local level.
Both programs, the Sino Italian Cooperation Advanced Training Program and the Course for Sustainability, are developed within the Cooperation promoted by the Italian Ministry for the Environment Land and Sea.
