High-Technology and Science Parks Training for the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST)

The focus of the MOST Courses always offers the chance to highlight the role of Companies in the innovation process. In particular, companies put a lot of efforts in Research for innovative technologies with the aim of reducing their impact on the environment, thus making the production process more sustainable.

The first VIU-MOST course of this year, High-Technology and Science Parks for Sustainable Development, pinpoints the links between research and industry, their collaborative efforts and work for supporting innovation. The agenda is built upon the role of science and technology parks in offering the proper tools and network to foster this connection and bring out new ideas for a sustainable development.

 

The 26 participants composing the delegation will have the chance to visit many science and technology parks and innovation clusters during their stay in Italy from May 18 to 30. These include the Environment Park in Turin, the Green and High Tech Cluster of Monza Brianza in Vimercate, Kilometro Rosso in Bergamo, the Science and Technology Park in Udine, VEGA in Venice and the Tecnopolo Tiburtino in Rome.
Moreover the role of innovation agencies, both at national and local level, will be stressed, with special focus on the incentives offered to and projects in partnership with companies to make their technologies cleaner.
