VIU ​was awarded the ​​UNI EN ISO 9001:2015​ ​certification​ ​on September 30, 2016, following a detailed audit from an external accreditation body DNV​-GL.

 

In 2013 VIU had already obtained the Quality Management System certification for the "Design and provision of undergraduate, graduate and advanced training courses and programs" according to the 2008 parameters. The annual audits have been an incentive to continue to achieve high standards in efficiency and effectiveness of the management processes at VIU.

 

Certification according to the updated version of the internationally recognized standard, demonstrates that VIU's quality management system is compliant with best practice. The standard applies to the processes which have an impact on quality and emphasises continual improvement, customer satisfaction and leadership in the organization.

Regional Accreditation

  

 

 

 

Since 2009 Venice International University has been included in the list of institutions accredited by the Veneto Region Government to carry out training activities and fulfilling the requirements of Regional Law 19/2002.

The necessary requisites were checked during a process culminating in an audit and will be revised every two years.
